In the near future, grief counseling technology allows the deceased to be recreated as conversational AI from their lifetime data. Four years after her husband died in a tragic accident, 38-year-old widow Sasayama Rina continues her daily conversations with an AI replica of him on her laptop. However, lonely and seeking comfort, Rina begins dating Taguchi, an arrogant younger man she met on a matching app. Taguchi moves into her home and, knowing full well the AI represents her late husband, deliberately forces Rina to engage in humiliating intimate acts right in front of the screen.
