📝 Synopsis
The protagonist is a low-ranking grunt of an evil organization whose only power is a Brainwashing Ray. He uses it to manipulate ordinary citizens into committing petty crimes just to torment the city's Hero. After his horned Chief equips him with a new weapon and surgically modified power, he finally manages to trap, seduce, and break the Hero himself. As he brainwashes more civilians — even a government minister's daughter — and boldly declares his plan for world domination on a livestream, even his own Chief begins to fear he may have created an uncontrollable monster.
